CANCELLATION: The Exhibitor agrees to pay to the AD-AP the amount selected (hereinafter referred to as "Space Fee"). Full payment must accompany this Agreement. I understand that there is NO REFUND of any monies paid, regardless of reason or request. In case of a no-show for setup, nor used of booth of the date of the event, all payments will be forfeited and will not be refunded, no exceptions. All accounts must be in good standing before the event date. We the administrators reserved the right of admission with that said, have the right to expel, cancel, or deny participation in the event to any vendor due to improper conduct, unprofessional behavior, or any other reason that warrants a cancellation.
El expositor asume toda la responsabilidad por las pérdidas, los daños y las reclamaciones que surjan de las actividades del expositor en las instalaciones del hotel/lugar e indemnizará, defenderá y eximirá de responsabilidad al hotel/lugar, a su propietario y a su empresa administradora, así como como sus respectivos agentes, servidores y empleados de todas esas pérdidas, daños y reclamaciones. Recomendamos que los expositores lleven su propio seguro de responsabilidad comercial "Certificado del día del evento" y que también presenten su "Certificado de estado" comercial al reservar el espacio para el evento.
Cualquiera de las partes puede optar por ser exonerada de cualquier otra obligación de desempeño en el caso de un evento desastroso fuera del control de cualquiera de las partes, como: un caso fortuito (incendios, explosiones, terremotos, huracanes, desastres naturales, inundaciones, tormentas o infestaciones ), o Guerra, Invasión, Acto de Enemigos Extranjeros, Embargo u otra Hostilidad (ya sea declarada o no), o cualquier situación peligrosa creada fuera del control de cualquiera de las partes, como un motín, desorden, fuga nuclear o explosión, o acto o amenaza del terrorismo. Si el evento Let's Celebrate Expo se pospone o mueve debido a alguna de las ocurrencias fuera de nuestro control, su inversión se aplicará a la nueva fecha/ubicación reprogramada.
FOOD & ALCOHOL SALES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED: Samples of all kinds are permitted: chocolates, drinks, food, cake, etc., and should be served only in 2 oz. containers with prior authorization and approval from THE VENUE. Any exhibitor that is distributing food samples within their booth should follow basic food guidelines and MUST have a garbage can within their exhibit area. Also, the Exhibitor needs to provide Insurance and/or License documentation.
Vehicles must have plastic under that covers the oil and other liquids (”pampers” ). They should only have 1/4 gas left and the battery should be disconnected. Only one 12-volt battery can be used to show inside per THE VENUE requirements. If an exhibitor is going to use tents, they must contain a fire extinguisher. The maximum volume allowed in the exhibitor is 30-40 decibels and regulations applicable to exhibitors. Artistico Design, LLC. (Promoter) reserves the right to make last minute changes to the floor plan. Only Contract Holders will have access at staff parking lot.
